For Peruvian Mixed Seafood Ceviche,
Add 1 pound of shelled and cleaned shellfish, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Prepared the same way as the fish ceviche. Because of the shellfish, I would put the ceviche in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
